How many hours do you recommend for an event?

We recommend 4-5 hours, although an indoor event such as movie making could be a full day. Outdoor events such as an Amazing Race are usually half day because of the heat and humidity!

How do you work out the cost for each event?

We base the cost on your group size, number of teams and the location. There are no ‘on the shelf prices’. Pricing also depends on what type of activity you choose.

What do you include in the price?

Prices quoted include transportation for activities (if required), emcee, prizes and all associated materials for the event. We do not include any accommodation, meeting rooms and any food and beverage.

How many people should we have in each team?

We recommend around 8 people per team, unless it’s a sizeable group. Large groups usually comprise 15 people per team.

What activity do you recommend?

The choice of activity depends on your goals, location, and budget. Our most popular events is our CSR Build a Bike.

Can you book hotel accommodation for us?

We are not licensed travel agents and focus on team building events only. However, we can recommend hotels based on our experience with them.

Do your consultants speak English?

Absolutely. Our consultants articulate English with a smile!

How do we confirm an event?

We request a 50% non refundable deposit, usually 30 days pre-event date. Only a deposit secures your event date, which also enables to start any necessary preparations.

How do we pay for an event?

You can pay by TT transfer, cash or cheque. TT transfers must show in our bank account before starting the event as per our terms. We will send you a corporate invoice and receipt.

How much VAT do you add?

Our events in Thailand have a 7% vat mark up although you can deduct 3% withholding tax.

What kinds or transportation do you provide?

We use the BTS sky train system, taxi boats and long-tail boats in Bangkok. Other locations such as Pattaya, Hua Hin we usually use local songteows and mini buses..

For transportation in Singapore we use the underground, boats and sometimes bicycles.

Are any of your events dangerous?

No. We never put our participants in unsafe conditions. We take your safety seriously. Example – Our amazing races use the safest forms of transportation, such as the BTS train. We do not use motorcycles, or tuk tuk’s!

However, some events, such as Paint Ball, Go karting may have a slightly higher risk. Although some activities are delivered through 3rd party organisers, we always oversea and check safety to our standards.

Do you have activities for mature people?

Most of our activities do not require any running. We advise against it for safety reasons such as the heat and humidity. If this is still your concern, we would suggest our bicycle build, painting or movie making.

Can we have the full details of your event before booking?

We provide a more detailed proposal after confirmation, although there is enough information on our activities for you to decide. Simply, this prevents potential clients from sharing our creative works with our competitors! We trust you understand.

Can we use your images etc. to promote your events?

We do not permit anyone to use, or copy paste our creative works. Contact us for a PDF brochure or if you are a hotel or travel agent – put us in touch with your client.

Can I book more than one activity?

Of course you can! Did we forget to mention we reduce the price for the second event.

What happens if it rains during an event?

You get wet! Most activities, such as our amazing races, usually have shelter nearby. However, we can supply rain coats.
